Renat Khasanshyn, Founder and Chairman

Mr. Khasanshyn is a subject matter expert on data mashups and open source business models, and speaks frequently at a wide range of events. Most recently, Mr. Khasanshyn was selected as a finalist for the 2007 Emerging Executive of the Year award by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. In 2006, Mr. Khasanshyn founded Apatar, the world's first on-demand, open source data mashup software company. Prior to founding Altoros in 2001, Renat was VP of Engineering for Tampa-based insurance company PriMed, Inc. Renat has a passion for emerging technologies and won the 2007 IBM Business Mashup Challenge. Mr. Khasanshyn is a co-founder of Belarusian Java User Group and studied Engineering at the Belarusian National Technical University.

Andrei Yurkevich, President and CTO

With 10+ years in the software development industry, Mr. Yurkevich serves as President and Chief Technology Officer at Altoros. Currently, he is responsible for the dedicated team program execution and managed to build a 200+ development team across 7 global locations. His prior experience includes managing complex projects for a variety of large customers, including Sony, Autodesk, Hewlett-Packard, Kenya.com, and others. Mr. Yurkevich successfully implemented strategies for software product development, marketing, motivation systems, personnel performance management, and teambuilding. He also created and executed roadmaps for several software products and innovative start-ups. Before joining Altoros, Mr. Yurkevich had taken several managerial positions in the food industry and mechanical engineering companies. He holds a B.S. from Belarusian National Technical University.

Jan-Terje Nordlien, CEO of Altoros Norge AS

Since joining Altoros, Jan-Terje Nordlien has helped the company establish and develop a branch office in Norway, Altoros Norge AS. 15+ years in the enterprise software industry has helped him successfully define and implement the company's technical and business strategy for the Nordic market. Prior to joining Altoros, Mr. Nordlen was Head of Mobile Workforce department at Locus, where he was responsible for building a new mobile platform, using the cutting-edge technologies and architectures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nordlen worked as CTO Norway and Product Manager at Consafe Logistics, Product Specialist at Sybase, and Senior Consultant at Accenture. Mr. Nordlien holds a degree in Information Technology from Høgskolen i Hedmark.

Kim Jonassen, Managing Director Denmark

Kim Jonassen is a head of Altoros’s branch office in Denmark. With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, he helps Altoros manage software development projects for Danish customers. As a CEO at InnoTrust Project Management and Business Consulting, Mr. Jonassen has gained consulting expertise in the telecommunications and software development areas. Prior to that, Mr. Jonassen held a position of a Project Manager and Product Manager at Cappit/Locus AS. He was also a Project Manager and IT Consultant in TDC Solutions, the biggest telecommunication company in Denmark. Mr. Jonassen is a Certified ScrumMaster and a Certified Project Manager. He graduated from Aarhus Business Academy with a degree in Computer Science.

Robert Claeson, Managing Director UK

Robert has 27 years of software industry experience, is a Lean and Agile coach and a Certified Scrum Master and has experience in managing and working with geographically dispersed teams and 3rd-party resources. Mr. Claeson has a strong technical background along with good managerial skills. He has previously been a senior UNIX specialist at Data General Corp, founded two software development consultancies and an ISV as well as having been a Development Manager at Lycos Europe. He was an early pioneer of applying Lean thinking to software development and has been using Agile methods since 1998. Most recently, Robert has been working as a consultant for a number of high-profile customers in a variety of industries to get problem projects back on track using Lean and Agile to provide a quick boost to the projects. Mr. Claeson is also a certified accountant and a specialist in R&D tax credits.

Michael Brandmaier, Managing Director Switzerland

Since 1992, Michael Brandmaier has acquired solid experience in developing and managing international projects. While he was employed at BBP AG, Michael participated in creating interbank applications, such as SIC, SECOM, SWIFT, and SWX, as well as other projects with the highest security requirements for the financial industry. Raiffeisen Bank, Zürcher Kantonalbank, UBS, Credit Suisse, and SIX can be mentioned among the key accounts. Michael also worked as a software architect and project team lead at Accenture AG, ACE Information Technology AG, and CURA Business Solutions AG.

Jerry Katzke, Vice President of Business Solutions

Mr. Katzke is responsible for design, planning, and delivery of specialized technical solutions and services. Mr. Katzke brings over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software to Altoros. Prior to Altoros, Mr. Katzke was the Director of Engines at Profitlogic where he successfully drove cross-functional product teams to deliver significant releases of the Calculation Engine and Pricing for Profit products. Prior to Profitlogic, Mr. Katzke co-founded Riverton Software Corporation where he was Vice President of Development. At Riverton Software, Mr. Katzke was a driving force behind the product vision responsible for all aspects of product engineering. Prior to co-founding Riverton, Jerry was also Vice President of Development at Index Technology and Spinnaker Software. Mr. Katzke holds a B.A. and M.S. Cum Laude with honors in Mathematics from New York University.
